Being constantly connected to email, digital and social media can take its toll on our wellbeing. 

Live More Offline is offering the opportunity for you to disconnect from technology, enjoy a relaxing break and transform your digital habits in the beautiful Spanish mountains. The group is limited to twelve people and an early booking discount available for the first six places.

Slow down and discover how to create a healthy balance with digital technology. 

Come alone or with your friends or partner and enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

You will leave rested, recharged and empowered, with knowledge and skills of how to manage your relationship with technology so that it brings you closer to your goals and values.

What to expect

This retreat is an opportunity to step out of the fast pace of daily life, nourish your body and mind and create a healthy balance with technology in the digital wellness sessions. 

Further enhance your wellbeing with yoga, healthy food, walks in nature and relaxing by the retreat centre pool.

In this retreat you will work with digital wellness coach Alex, the founder of the Live More Offline coaching program, to learn more about the ways digital technology is impact our lives and wellbeing, where technology is helping you to achieve your goals and where it is being an obstacle to your time and attention.

By the end of the retreat you will be armed with skills which you can take home to implement digital changes in your day to day life, which will bring you more purpose, connection and joy. 

The yoga sessions are run by Mandy Hughes-Lewis and offer a variety of styles from morning flow, more energetic vinyassa, restorative yin yoga and yoga nidra. There is no previous yoga experience required and no requirement to attend all sessions.

  • Tips and strategies to make a real difference to your digital wellbeing.
  • Time for yourself to rest, chat, read, walk or swim in the retreat centre pool.
  • Meet and connect with like-minded people.
  • Massage or reiki available (extra charge of €50 per treatment).

Sample daily schedule

You will arrive before 6pm on the Monday and receive a warm welcome before being shown to your room. We will start at 6pm with a welcome session where there will be an invitation to hand in digital gadgets for safekeeping until the Saturday morning, allowing yourself to truly disconnect. The retreat will finish with a closing ceremony on the Saturday morning where we will connect together one last time before we go back into the digital world, armed with newfound perspectives and skills.

A typical daily schedule is: 

08:15   Morning Yoga Flow: Awaken & Energise

09:00  Breakfast

10:30   Digital Wellness Session

12:30    Lunch

13:30    Free time: To do what you wish, rest, relax by the pool or take a walk nearby.

16:00   Optional afternoon Yoga Session: Vinyassa / Yin Yoga

18:00   Digital Wellness Session

19:30   Evening meal

21:00   Evening Meditation / Yoga Nidra

One afternoon will include a mindful, silent walk down into the local "Barranc del Infern" (Hells gorge). The silent walk allows us to soak up the beautiful scenery, sounds and things we would often miss and is not as strange as it may sound. The lack of speaking can feel comfortable and freeing. There are other beautiful walks nearby which you can take the opportunity to explore. 

Cost and accommodation

An Early Bird price of £550 p.p. is available for the first six places booked and £625 p.p. afterwards. This cost includes all accommodation, food and activities (except massage and reiki which are available on request). 

Secure your place with a £250 deposit. The balance will be due by 28 March 2020.

Travel to the retreat centre (flights and transfers) is not included but assistance is provided whether you want to make your own way to the centre or if you want to share a transfer from Alicante or Valencia airports with others (depending on flight arrival times). 

Accommodation is in shared rooms for two or three people and two single rooms are available for a 30% supplement. If you would like a single room then just contact to check availability.  

The retreat is limited to twelve people which gives the retreat a lovely intimate atmosphere. Book soon to ensure that you don't miss out.
